The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking at this time. Payment details are never entered on this website; they are handled by our reservation system or at the front desk.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are delivered by email to the hotel's reservations inbox and, for members and confirmed bookings, recorded in the hotel's property management system. Email delivery is handled by a third-party provider on our behalf. Information is retained for as long as needed to manage your stay or membership and to meet legal requirements.

How we use it

• To confirm reservations, answer enquiries and prepare for your stay.
• To administer Amity Rewards: member rates, upgrades, points and member offers.
• With your consent, to send occasional offers by email. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

We share information only with service providers that help us run reservations and communications, and when the law requires it. We sell nothing to third parties.
